White Castle

White Castle is a huge fast food chain of America that specializes in making small sized hamburgers. The fast food chain is famous for making the only hamburgers of its kind at a price that is lower than every other hamburger in the market. The hamburgers that White Castle makes are somewhat square and very small in size that is the reason that they are available at just 10 cents. When the fast food chain started however, the burgers were sold at just 5 cents which was cheap even at that time. The huge success of the chain is because of the cheap and good quality tasty burgers.

Right now White Castle is in the news because today on a TV show Undercover Boss, White Castle’s owner came to the workers’ line to put on an apron and start packing burgers. Dave Rife, who is the executive board member of the fast food chain White Castle put cheese slices on meat patties and worked easily with the down line workers. As opposed to many other undercover bosses that the show featured in its previous episodes, Rife was extremely and unexpectedly sporting about it. His actions really made today’s episode of Undercover Boss an interesting and entertaining one.

For those who don’t know about Undercover Boss, it’s a show that puts the bosses of top corporations and companies in the shoes of the lowest line of workers to make them feel what the workers go through in their daily routines. This helps the bosses gain really sensitive information about the work processes of the company and a chance to improve the performance and benefit the workers.
