Vivek Oberoi and Priyanka Alva were married on Friday at the Alva farmhouse in Bangalore. We present some wedding photos from the Vivek - Priyanka marriage.
Vivek's baarat arrived with a band-baaja complete with dhols and firecrackers. The 34-year-old actor was dressed in a heavily embellished maroon sherwani and a turban. He then mounted a mare and rode around the venue like a true-blue dulha.
The wedding was solemnized according to Hindu rites amid the chanting of verses from Holy Scriptures.
Priyanka is the daughter of former Karnataka minister late Jeevaraj Alva and reputed dancer Nandini. At the wedding she gifted Vivek a sword with a jewel-studded sheath.
