Nobody respects Cliff Lee more than I do as the former Cy Young award winning southpaw is awesome and has been awesome at times this season but for his struggling and fairly wretched Mariners’ offense to not be getting any money here in Arlington against the first place Rangers makes me fine with going against Lee.

I had the Angels yesterday as they completed the sweep at Safeco thanks mainly because the M’s have Ichiro and very little else. That feeling holds true here as well and even though Lee does scare me anywhere and at anytime but in the end at this price the heavier hitting club that plays at home should turn out to be the right side.
