On the Memorial Tournament 2010, Rickie Fowler stayed on the course and made a name for him. Fowler topped the leader board. He retained control of the Memorial Tournament on Saturday, the 5th of June 2010, after the third round. The American golfer made a 69 with three under par, which allowed him to take three steps ahead of his two compatriots Ricky Barnes at 62 and Tim Petrovic at 68. Phil Mickelson who possesses the skills to take on Tiger Woods is currently on the twelfth position. He is only five strokes behind the leader. The “Tiger” pointed him in the twentieth place with ten shots.
From 2007 to 2008, Rickie Yutaka Fowler stayed the number one amateur golfer. He maintained his world title for a period of thirty six weeks. The middle name of the American golfer comes from his Japanese origin. His grandfather’s name was Yutaka who was complete Japanese.
His professional debut began with the nationwide tour in which he played his first game as a pro player in the Albertsons Boise Open. He scored the 7th place on his first PGA Tour. For his second PGA, he golfed at the Grayhawk Golf Club in Arizona. At the end of his second PGA tour he claimed the second position. He lost the first position to Troy Matteson. The game was a three way playoff that also featured Jamie Lovemark. He achieved the 2010 PGA Tour entry by a qualifying school in Dec 2009. Back in Feb 2010 he scored second spot at the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
