Eat Pray Love

Elizabeth Gilbert is a celebrated American novelist and her memoir “Eat Pray Love” is coming to the big screen on August 13, 2010. None other than Julia Roberts is playing her in the movie version of her life.
The movie looks to be one of those that you need to see with your girlfriends. Go out for a dinner at Olive Garden where you feast on salad and breadsticks and wine, then head for the movie theater and pass the Kleenex. It might also be the right movie to see alone, when it comes out on DVD, as it is sure to provoke thoughts in your mind about your own life and whether it’s going the way you want or not.
Official Summary by Sony Pictures: Liz Gilbert (Roberts) had everything a modern woman is supposed to dream of having – a husband, a house, a successful career – yet like so many others, she found herself lost, confused, and searching for what she really wanted in life. Newly divorced and at a crossroads, Gilbert steps out of her comfort zone, risking everything to change her life, embarking on a journey around the world that becomes a quest for self-discovery. In her travels, she discovers the true pleasure of nourishment by eating in Italy; the power of prayer in India, and, finally and unexpectedly, the inner peace and balance of true love in Bali. Based upon the bestselling memoir by Elizabeth Gilbert.
