Rima Fakih (born 1986 in New York), is the current Miss USA. A Lebanese-American, she won the Miss Michigan USA pageant on September 19, 2009, and the Miss USA pageant on May 16, 2010. She is the first Miss Michigan to win the Miss USA title since Kenya Moore in 1993. She currently resides in Dearborn, Michigan.

As a result of Rima’s victory in the Miss USA pagent, Michigan has now provided two “firsts” in beauty pageant history, providing the first African American Miss USA, and now the first Arab-American and Muslim-American Miss USA as well. She attended Catholic school and her family celebrates both Muslim and Christian faiths.
